H.E. Dr Or Vandine – Health System Strengthening

To address an equitable access to health care in Cambodia, we must continue to strengthen the health system through different approaches such as upgrading and/or renovating health infrastructure with medical supplies and equipment, improving quality of health services, digital health and innovation among others. Primary Health Care Booster Implementation Framework is a foundation to reach Universal Health Coverage (UHC) which Cambodia is advancing it. Human resource is also a key for success in providing better health services to the community they serve.
