This video makes the viewer aware that once someone is promoted or assigned to be a supervisor, there are now added responsibilities they must do – some of which will affect the old ‘dynamics’ within their group – specially if they were all friends and colleagues. The concept of being equals, for example has changed. Responsibility to manage the team becomes one added responsibility.
