Ms. Leng Sotheavy is the co-founder of Khmer Flower House Souvenirs Shop. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Production and Veterinary Medicine in 1991 and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Rural Development in 2004. She has served as a civil servant, a lecturer at the National Institute of Agriculture, Prek Liep, for 33 years, and an official for international organizations and the United Nations for more than 17 years. She started managing her shop in 2024. Ms. Leng Sotheavy, born in Kandal Province, has a small business that makes and sells handmade souvenirs or souvenirs of our Khmer culture, such as sculptures made of copper, wood, stone, and flowers made from dried plants. What inspired Ms. Leng Sotheavy to expand this business to be more recognized by customers because she wants to preserve the traditional and cultural sculptures and create decent job opportunities for the producing community and students who are studying, so that they can live a decent life and finish their studies
