Hello everyone! My name is Hok Srey Hour, and I am passionate about running a business that preserves and shares authentic Khmer cuisine while making traditional dishes more accessible to modern lifestyles.

With over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I am the founder of Ptheas Bay Phum Khmer, a business focused on authentic Khmer flavors and cultural dishes; PPF Food Manufacturing, providing convenient, ready-to-eat Khmer meals for sales locally and export to many countries across the globe; and E&M Catering, which specializes in professional catering services for events of all sizes.

Through my work, I aim to celebrate Khmer culinary heritage, support local communities, and serve high-quality food made with care, authenticity, and consistency. I believe food is more than just nourishment—it is a way to connect with culture, family, and shared experiences.

My goal is to bring the taste of Khmer tradition into more households and events, all while continuously innovating to meet modern needs without losing authenticity.
