Heang Rattana
Dr. Heang Rottana is a Cambodian medical doctor specializing in Pediatrics and General Medicine, born on August 9, 1993, in Kompong Speu province, Cambodia. He completed his medical education at IU International University in 2019 and further specialized in Pediatrics, completing his training in 2024. Additionally, he has undergone a six-month fellowship in Pediatric Diseases in India.
Dr. Rottana is the Co-Founder and operator of META SAMNANG12 Clinic and KARONA 60meter Clinic in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Since their establishment in December 2019, these clinics have grown under his leadership, employing around 100 staff members.

This hospital aims to provide high-quality healthcare services at affordable prices, supported by a health insurance system where citizens can pay a fixed amount monthly for comprehensive care.

Dr. Rottana actively supports scholarship programs for underprivileged, academically outstanding students who aspire to serve in healthcare. He currently mentors and supports 15 students, helping them specialize in various medical fields, with plans to integrate them into his future hospital’s team.
