Royal School was founded in 2011 by four co-founders with a shared vision of providing quality English education, particularly to students in rural communities. Following the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019–2020, the other co-founders pursued different business ventures, while Pheareach Pho remained the sole driving force behind the school, committed to advancing its educational mission.

Royal School focuses on empowering students with essential English language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking to support effective international communication. The school aims to provide students with a strong educational foundation that enables access to diverse career opportunities while maintaining national and international educational standards.
