MAIPEH
My name is Hotifah, but most people know me as Maipeh. I’m a food entrepreneur from West Jakarta, Indonesia, and the founder of Maipeh Food. What started as a small home-based venture has now grown into a company that brings authentic Indonesian cuisine to a wider, even international, audience.
In the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) community of West Jakarta, I’m grateful to be seen as an inspirational figure. With humility and perseverance, I’ve managed to elevate a traditional Indonesian snack—Kentang Mustopa (crispy, savory, thinly-sliced dried potatoes)—by giving it a modern, classy, and high-quality touch through packaging and presentation.
Because of my journey, I’m often invited by MSME advocates and communities to share my experiences. It’s my mission to inspire and support other entrepreneurs by passing on the spirit and methods that helped me grow.
Through iBlooming, I’ll be sharing my personal story along with practical tips on how I turned a small business into a trusted food producer, now available in supermarkets across Jakarta.
