Heng Piseth

Mr. Piseth Heng is a Cambodian Chairman and founder with over 30 years of experience in education services. He has also worked with international NGOs connected to embassies and government entities for more than 10 years.

He began his career as a teacher at the United Nation Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) school in 1992. Following decades of civil war and the first national election in 1993, he recognized the urgent need for human capital development (referred to as human resources at the time). In response, he established and became President of the Cambodian Human Resource Association for Development (CHRAD) in 1994, offering English language and short vocational training programs across more than 10 branches in Phnom Penh.

In 1996, he founded an international school, where he served as Principal for over 10 years. During his tenure, he also organized and chaperoned multiple study tours to the United States. These programs included visa arrangements with the U.S. Embassy, participation in classroom learning, exposure to American culture, visits to companies such as Intel Corporation, and academic tours to prestigious institutions including Stanford University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Harvard University, Yale University, Columbia University, and Princeton University.

In 2016, he founded Washington DC School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
