Dr. Venus Dennen is the Chief Executive Officer of Claver and a Communication Trainer and Strategic Alliance Consultant with extensive experience in global operations and international affairs in higher education. She has held leadership roles in global partnerships and international programs, designing and delivering high-impact initiatives across academic institutions worldwide.

An accomplished public speaker, Dr. Venus has delivered keynotes at international platforms such as TEDx, World Speech Day, and global symposiums, focusing on leadership, communication, and empowerment. She is also a professional Master of Ceremonies and has coached executives and professionals in effective communication.

As an educator, she lectures at undergraduate and graduate levels, specializing in public speaking and business communication. With over a decade of teaching experience, she holds a PhD in Management, a Master’s in Political Science, and a TESOL certification.

Dr. Venus is also a learning experience designer and international conference organizer, driving global collaboration, leadership development, and institutional growth.
