I am Dr. Sar Rithy, a distinguished scholar and Philosophy specialist dedicated to critical thinking and analytical inquiry for social enlightenment. Currently, I serve as the President of the Association of Cooperation for Enhancing Education Cambodia-ASEAN-China and a Philosophy Researcher at the Royal Academy of Cambodia. Additionally, I am the President of the CAE Center.
