2. The book “25,000 travelled Impossible Mission Became Mission Successfully Accomplished on behalf of Samdech Prime Minister” (published in April 2022 in Khmer and English languages) documents a humanitarian mission to recognise the one-million milestone and the centenarian vaccinated persons during the implementation of the “Blossom Strategy” to roll out the COVID-19 vaccine nationwide in Cambodia. This strategy was initiated by the Samdech Techo Prime Minister at that time to care for and support people, especially older centenarian persons who volunteered for the COVID-19 vaccination, so-called “On-Million Milestone COVID-19 Vaccination Award” (comprised of a 10-million-riel award together with selected food and grocery items) and a “Respectful Centenarian Award” (3-million-riel gift together with selected food and grocery items).
