Dr. Tan Monivann is a prominent Cambodian entrepreneur and policy expert with over 23 years of experience in the agriculture, law, construction, real estate, and food & beverage industries. He holds doctorates in Business Administration, Public Administration, and Law & Economics.

He serves as Vice President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Mong Reththy Group Co., Ltd. He is also the founder and leader of several businesses, including SL Cambodia Co., Ltd., DeGrand Realty, and AutoSpace.

In addition to his business achievements, Dr. Monivann contributes to Cambodia's national development through policy initiatives, including the Electronic and Digital Road Map, the Statistics Council, and the Cambodian Agro Food Industry Park Committee.
