Novian Triwidia Jaya is an Indonesian practitioner in human resource development, education, an author, and a life coach, best known as the founder of the FIVE Mapping method. He provides seminars and training in personal development, leadership, sales, as well as coaching and counseling, targeting individuals, professionals, and organizations seeking to enhance their potential and performance.

Through five years of research, he developed FIVE Mapping as a human potential assessment method based on four key aspects: facial features, interaction, voice, and emotion. He is active as a trainer and speaker in various forums and has served as a guest lecturer at academic institutions such as Universitas Brawijaya.

In addition, he has authored books such as Hypnoteaching and Jangan Mau Ditolak, focusing on effective communication and personal development.
