Since 2006, he has delivered human resource development programs for more than 450,000 participants across Indonesia, including students, university communities, professionals, managers, and government officials.

He is the founder of PT Jlebb Inti Karakter and the author of 15 books on motivation, inspiration, spiritual awareness, and personal development. His areas of expertise include Letting Flow Therapy (LFT), Timeline-Shifting Identity (TSI), Islamic Awareness Studies, Spiritual Achievement Motivation Training (AMT), and Spiritual Work Ethics Training (EKstra).
