- The Kiddos Project, a sensory class and early stimulation center offering holistic learning experiences for children aged 6 months to 3 years.
- Mahira Edukasi Indonesia, a consultancy for establishing early childhood education schools and daycares, assisting institutions with curriculum design, SOPs, school management, and teacher training.

As an early childhood practitioner, Fenti is directly involved in program design, child development observation, educator training, and parental guidance. Her approach is consistently grounded in children's developmental needs and evidence-based practices, ensuring that the programs she builds are not only engaging but also have a long-term impact.
