Many people asked me, “What caused your cancer?”
One friend even told me, “Maybe because you ate overnight food — that’s why you got cancer.”
That comment hurt deeply.
Because cancer isn’t caused by one single thing. It’s not just about what we eat or do once in a while.
It’s often a combination of many factors — stress, lifestyle, genetics, environment, and emotional well-being.
What I’ve learned through my journey is this:
Stress is one of the biggest enemies of our health.
And unfortunately, it’s something many of us overlook — especially women who are always caring for others first.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to focus on cancer prevention through stress reduction and creative healing.
And that’s how Coffee Painting became part of my purpose.
It’s simple, calming, and deeply therapeutic — helping people slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Each session I host isn’t just about art; it’s about awareness, community, and mental wellness.
