Kong Sophy was born in 1984 in Trapaeng Sre Village, Trapaeng Sre Commune, Mesang District, Prey Veng Province, Cambodia. His early life and monastic education shaped his values of discipline, humility, perseverance, ethics, and lifelong learning.

He holds a Master’s Degree in TESOL and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from PSBU, an MBA from Siam University, Thailand, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Thailand. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at PSBU.

With expertise in business administration, entrepreneurship, human resources, international business, marketing, organizational behavior, strategic planning, and professional development, Kong Sophy provides business analysis and consulting, growth strategy, corporate planning, sales and marketing strategy, SOP development, training, coaching, and mental health counseling. His work focuses on empowering individuals and organizations through practical strategies, continuous learning, and sustainable professional growth.
