Dr. Elfrida Viesta Napitupulu is a business leader, academic, consultant, and marketing strategist with over three decades of experience spanning FMCG, wellness, education, and management consulting. She currently serves as Head of the Master’s Program in Accounting at IBI Kwik Kian Gie School of Business, where she has lectured since 2009.

Throughout her career, Dr. Elfrida has held senior leadership positions, including Country Marketing Head of Herbalife Indonesia, and has worked with leading consumer and consulting organizations. Her expertise encompasses strategic management, marketing, branding, business development, and leadership development, supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations in achieving sustainable growth.

Dr. Elfrida has received recognition for her contributions to digital marketing, integrated campaigns, innovation, and brand building in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region, including awards from SWA Magazine and FMCG Asia. She holds a Doctor of Business Management, Cum Laude, from Universitas Padjadjaran.
