Dr Himli Ali is an international leadership facilitator, management & transformational coach, serving MNCs in Asia-Pacific as well as coaching professionals aged 40–60 navigate midlife challenges, identity loss, and purpose reinvention.

With over 30 years of experience globally, Dr Himli has held senior leadership roles in US organizations such as in AT&T, Lucent, Avaya & leadership coach with Microsoft since 2016. He has received multiple international awards, including the MVP Award (US) and Global eService Excellence Award. He co-founded a technology consulting firm serving major banks and MNCs in areas of Contact Centres and User Experience.

Dr Himli is a certified Leadership facilitator and coach by John C. Maxwell, Ken Blanchard and Marshall Goldsmith. For his leadership recognition and contribution, Dr Himli was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Digital Leadership and Organisational Intelligence from Dunster Business School, Switzerland, and has been featured in Marshall Goldsmith’s film "The Earned Life".
