PT Jagauang Amanah Indonesia was established on March 19, 2015, based on the Deed of Establishment No. AHU-2038825.AH.01.01.2015. The company is best known as an Eduleisure (education and leisure) organizer that provides financial planning training with a focus on legacy planning, delivered outside conventional classroom settings.

In addition, the company organizes an annual financial planning convention, which by 2026 has reached its eighth edition and has been held in Jakarta, Singapore, Bali, Labuan Bajo, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. PT Jagauang Amanah Indonesia is also an official provider of Continual Professional Development (CPD) programs for FPSB Indonesia, the certification body for Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professionals in Indonesia.
